Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase.
However, if you are unsatisfied, you may return unworn, tag-attached items within 14 days of delivery.
Customers can only request returns for items that have been fulfilled. Unfulfilled items in the same order are not eligible for return.
We currently accept returns by post only; in-person returns are not available.
Please note: return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Return Address: Returns must be sent to the sender address printed on the shipping label.

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 12 business days after inspection.
Exchanges: This will only be available for the same product in a different size. For other items, we may be able to arrange an exchange for local orders. For international orders, please return the item first and place a new order.
Store Credit: We do not offer this as an option at the moment but we will soon!
Condition Requirements
Be unworn, unwashed, and odour-free.
Have original tags and packaging.
Pass our quality inspection (we reserve the right to reject non-compliant items).
Non-returnable items
Items that are on final sale
Socks, undergarments or the like for hygiene reasons
Note that should an item be ineligible for a return, this would be clearly stated in the product description
Should you request a return for an ineligible item — such as our socks — we reserve the right to decline your refund for that item.
For International Orders
As with local orders, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will only be processed upon our receipt of the returned item in its original, resalable condition.
