Tenxarc also does not represent or warrant that the Website, Content, app, products, or any other information accessible via the Website and app is secure, accurate, complete, or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is accepted, Tenxarc may terminate the order by giving you written notice. In such an event, Tenxarc will contact you to arrange a full refund or provision of credit against future purchase.
